1. We evaluate your property for you, free of charge and non-committal in terms of:

  • Net asset value

  • Profitability

  • Location

  • Market situation

2. You will receive a written evaluation, which we will discuss with you in detail.

3. We will present your real estate to our investors only after we have reached an agreement on the price.

4. We introduce your estate to a small circle of preliminarily verified investors. Thereby we benefit from exactly knowing the solvency and interests of our investors.
That way we avoid unpleasant mass-exposés and unnecessary viewings.

5. You will receive a written purchase offer with an equity statement from our investor.

6. In principle, we agree on a down payment of 10% of the purchasing price in the sales contract, which, if the purchasing price is not paid in full, flows to you as contractual penalty.
Of course we are also available for your questions and wishes after the appointment with the attesting notary.
